Is it really free?

Yes. You get your registration groups and specialist modules confirmed, your audit stream identified and a fixed fee, whether or not you go ahead with us. Nothing is payable to book or to attend the call.
What should I have ready?

Nothing formal. It helps if you can describe the supports you intend to deliver, roughly where you will operate, and whether you already have an ABN or entity set up. If you do not know yet, that is a normal starting point and the call will help you work it out.
I have never run a business before. Is that a problem?

No, and it is one of the two most common reasons providers come to us. Registration is the first step; our business consultants work with you on the commercial side afterwards, and five sessions are included with registration at no extra cost.

What if I am not ready to start yet?

That is fine, and common. Many providers speak to us months before they intend to apply — the call still gives you your registration groups, your audit stream and a fee, so you can plan around real figures. Tell us your timeframe and we will work to it.
