One of the members of our expert NDIS registration team will have a 1 hour meeting with you to discuss the NDIS process and your application. Our team will work with you during that meeting to get a better understanding of the overall process.
We will also discuss information including:
- Your Organisation’s contact details (which may be your home address initially)
- Corporate Structure (if you are applying as a company and not a sole trader)
- Head office/outlets of operation (which may be your home address initially)
- Details for all key personnel
The most important thing we do during the meeting is discuss the specific registration groups you wish to apply for. Many applicants will have a basic understanding of the types of groups that will be applied for during Step 1, however, we will really drill down and determine the groups that are best for your business.
The team member who takes the meeting with you will become your dedicated Avaana point of contact who is contactable at any time via telephone or email should you have any questions.
After the meeting, our team will help you gather and prepare everything you need to apply to become a registered NDIS provider.
As part of any Avaana engagement, we will typically prepare all documentation required including any amendments or customisation to documents you may require. This may include over 100 policy and procedure documents in some cases. This may be required for you to successfully be approved as a registered NDIS provider where you applying for specialist registration groups. But don’t worry, we will prepare them all for you.
